Is it normal that the trademark applied for on December 25, 2014 has not received the acceptance notice yet? It has been 4 months?

This is not normal. An acceptance notice should be issued in about a month. You should call for consultation. Or the agency that may have been appointed did not submit the application.

Trademark registration process: Trademark query (within 2 days) → Application document preparation (within 3 days) → Submit application (within 2 days) → Pay trademark registration fees → Trademark form review (1 month) → Trademark issuance Notice of acceptance→Trademark substantive examination (9 months)→Trademark announcement (3 months)→Issuance of trademark certificate.

1. After receiving the trademark registration application, the Trademark Office will first conduct a formal examination.

2. The formal review is mainly divided into three parts: review of the application documents (whether the documents are complete, whether the filling is standardized, whether the signature/seal is missing), and the review of the trademark drawing specifications, clear procedures and necessary instructions. Review and classification review (review of the reported goods/services).

3. Based on the results of the formal examination, the Trademark Office mainly issues three types of notices: "Notice of Acceptance", "Notice of Supplement and Correction" and "Notice of Rejection of Acceptance".
