This is not normal. An acceptance notice should be issued in about a month. You should call for consultation. Or the agency that may have been appointed did not submit the application.

1. After receiving the trademark registration application, the Trademark Office will first conduct a formal examination.
2. The formal review is mainly divided into three parts: review of the application documents (whether the documents are complete, whether the filling is standardized, whether the signature/seal is missing), and the review of the trademark drawing specifications, clear procedures and necessary instructions. Review and classification review (review of the reported goods/services).
3. Based on the results of the formal examination, the Trademark Office mainly issues three types of notices: "Notice of Acceptance", "Notice of Supplement and Correction" and "Notice of Rejection of Acceptance".
