That one is from a picture. Some drawings will have some logos that cannot be selected, moved or deleted. The only way to remove them is to right-click on the location of the icon---selectable and it will be selected. . In fact, the picture he came from was copied directly from outside CAD, then pasted directly into CAD, and then right-clicked - Cancel the selection. . . Hope it helps. .
