1. Signing a trademark license agreement: filing application with the Trademark Office within 3 months after signing a trademark license contract.

2. Prepare trademark license filing materials

(1) Subject qualification documents of both licensor and licensee (both parties provide business licenses for the company, ID cards for the licensor and business licenses for individual industrial and commercial households in addition to ID cards for the licensee);

(2) application documents: an application for filing a trademark license contract, and a trademark agency power of attorney (issued when handled through an agency);

(3) trademark registration certificate;

(4) The trademark license contract signed/signed by both parties shall be accompanied by a Chinese translation if it is a foreign language contract. The contract shall specify the information of the licensed trademark, the products/services to be used and the service period.

3. Submit materials to the Trademark Office for filing;
