1. Trademark design: Korean trademarks are designed by themselves before applying for registration;
2. Trademark inquiry: inquire whether the trademark can be registered and improve the trademark registration rate;
3. Trademark application: the applicant submits trademark registration application documents to the Korean Intellectual Property Office;
4. Trademark acceptance: the Trademark Registration Bureau sends a receipt to the applicant with an acceptance number (which can be accepted by the Korean Patent Office on the day of application);
5. Trademark review: Trademark review is divided into two processes: formal review and substantive review; Formal review: the application will be accepted within half a month after submission. Formal review shall be conducted within 1 month after accepting the application, and the application that does not meet the requirements shall be corrected within a certain period of time. If the content of the correction meets the requirements, it will enter the substantive examination procedure, and the licensing authority who makes the correction does not meet the requirements may declare the application for trademark registration invalid; Substantive examination: when the examiner finds that the application for registration meets the approval criteria, he will make an announcement on the application for trademark registration. Do not meet the examination and approval criteria, notify the applicant and ask him to state his opinions within the prescribed time limit. If the comments or corrections meet the conditions for approval and registration, the application for trademark registration shall be announced, and if it still does not meet the conditions for approval and registration, a decision shall be made to reject it;
6. Trademark announcement: After the trademark has passed the examination, an announcement will be issued for a period of 3 months, and anyone can raise an objection to the trademark;
7. Trademark registration: there is no objection to the trademark announcement or the trademark objection is ruled invalid, or the trademark registration is successful. In general, it takes about 12- 15 months to obtain the Trademark Registration Certificate;
