Find the settings icon on the desktop and click to enter the settings page. (As shown in the picture)

Swipe the screen upward, find the "Control Center" option under General, and click it.

Find the "Screen Recording" option in the more controls under the custom list, and then click the "+" in front of it to Screen recording switch added to Control Center. (As shown in Figure 1-4-2 after adding)
(Tip: You can click on the three horizontal line icons on the right and move them up and down to adjust the position order of the buttons in the control center.)

After completing the above steps, you have successfully activated the built-in screen recording function of iOS. Return to the desktop; then click the bottom of the phone screen and swipe up to pop up the "Control Center"; then click the newly appeared (newly added) "Screen Recording" button. (As shown in the picture)

After clicking, a 3-second countdown appears where the screen recording button is; we click on the area on the control center to change the control center Hide; after that, you can find that the status bar turns red (indicating that the screen recording has started).

Click on the red area above, and a prompt on whether to stop screen recording appears in the middle of the screen. We select and click "Stop" to end the screen recording (Figure 1 -7-1). After it ended, the message notification "Screen recording video has been stored in 'Photos'" popped up at the top of the screen (as shown in Figure 1-7-2).
At this point, you have successfully activated the screen recording function of your iPhone and successfully completed a screen recording operation on your iPhone. Call it a day!

Notes
After pressing the control center button to start screen recording, you need to manually click and hide the control center.
If you need to turn on (or turn off) the microphone, you can long press the recording button after opening the control center to open the settings page.
