Clothes bought on Taobao can be returned after wearing.

There are two conditions for returning goods from Taobao:

1. If the goods have not been used and the packaging accessories are complete within 7 days after receiving the goods (including 7 days), you can apply for "no reason to return the goods within 7 days".

2. within 15 days (including 15 days) after the successful transaction, if there are quality problems in the goods, you can apply for a "quality problem" return.

On March 15th, 214, the newly revised Consumer Protection Law of China was formally implemented. The new consumer law adds three systems, namely, return without reason (right to regret), disclosure of off-site shopping information, and responsibility of online trading platform providers. It stipulates that operators sell goods by means of internet, television, telephone and mail order, and consumers have the right to return goods within seven days from the date of receiving them without giving reasons.

on August 21, 214, in response to the "7-day return without reason" provision of the new Consumer Law, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued a notice requesting the industrial and commercial departments to inspect the implementation of e-commerce enterprises, and urged e-commerce enterprises to earnestly implement the relevant provisions of the new Consumer Law.
