3. Before driving, check whether the machine tool is normal and lubricate it before driving.

4. When driving, you are not allowed to change speed, measure workpieces, chat or leave your job, and more than two people are not allowed to operate buttons and handles at the same time.

5. The tool workpiece clamp must be firm and comply with specifications.

6. The direction of movement must be locked before vertical, horizontal, ascending, and descending feeding, and the nut (handle) must be loosened and locked again after the movement is completed. When approaching the limit of the movement direction, it is forbidden to activate the quick button.

7. If any abnormality is found, stop the vehicle immediately. Cut off the power, even if you report it to the teacher, do not conceal it or handle it without authorization.

Grinder internship safety regulations

1. Before driving, you must check whether the machine tool is normal. Adjust the position of the reversing bumper and tighten it.

2. When grinding, you must check whether the workpiece is clamped correctly, tightened reliably, and whether the magnetic suction cup is working properly to prevent the workpiece from flying out and injuring people or damaging the machine tool.

3. When grinding, the machine must be fed behind the grinding wheel and the workpiece, and the grinding wheel must be retracted before stopping.

4. Measuring the workpiece or adjusting the machine tool reading must be done after the grinding head is stopped. It is strictly forbidden to touch the workpiece and grinding wheel with your hands when the grinder is running.

5. When the work is finished or a paragraph is completed, the relevant operating handle of the grinder should be placed in the "neutral" position to avoid accidents caused by sudden movements when opening.
