Entrust a local agent in France as a natural person or legal person to apply to the French National Industrial Property Office. One application can specify multiple categories, and the goods are classified into 45 categories using the Nice Agreement.

The exclusive right to use a trademark is valid for ten years starting from the date of application. You can apply for renewal once every ten years. The renewal application should be submitted within the last 6 months of the registration validity period and the renewal fee should be paid.
