At present, Dr. Junma Manor has selected nine rare grape varieties for planting in its plantation, namely Sauvignon Blanc, Qiongyao Pulp, Chardonnay, anis, moscato, Dorsetto, Black Pi Nuo, Syrah and Tempranillo. Eleven wine varieties have been brewed from these nine grape varieties:

Red wine series

28 selected Pi Nuo: full of black cherry and plum aroma, accompanied by a touch of vanilla oak, and the full-bodied aroma touches the palate, and the delicious taste fills the whole body, reflecting the uniqueness of black Pi Nuo. Suitable with veal, mutton, pasta and so on.

Shiraz p>26: The wine is deep red, with rich berry aromas mixed with strong white pepper and spices. The entrance is lubricated, and the mixed taste of plum, mulberry, dark chocolate and incense oak, accompanied by soft tannins, makes the wine rich in layers, clearly showing a super Syrah produced in a cool climate. This is the latest of our award-winning Shiraz wines. In the past four years, our Sila has won six trophies and six gold medals.

Tempranillo p>27: A rich red wine with a strong berry flavor. The distinct taste and long aftertaste are enough to prove that this will be a very special tasting experience.

27 Dolcetto: Medium-sized table wine, Italian style, produced in Piedmont, northern Italy. Dr. Junma 27 Dorsetto combines the smell of smoke and herbs, with the taste of dark chocolate, rosemary and basil. The long and soft aftertaste of tannins makes Dorsetto the best table wine for Italian dishes and charcoal barbecues.

Octavo 8 in 28: As two kinds of fine wine grapes are used, Shiraz and Black Pi Nuo are the main raw materials, and a small amount of Dorsett is added, so that Octavo 8 in 28 combines the thick and rich characteristics of Shiraz, but also has the advantages of softness and lightness of Black Pi Nuo and Dorsett. The essence of the three grapes is all reflected in the wine. Cold-processed at low temperature, fermented and extracted under precise temperature control, and combined with its essence, it became a fine red wine with dense and soft taste.

white wine series

28 Sauvignon Blanc: a fresh white wine with yellowish color, showing the tropical fruit taste of Sauvignon Blanc in cool climate. It has the aroma of peach and passion fruit, followed by the refreshing taste of citrus and honeydew melon, and has a long aftertaste, all of which make our 28 Sauvignon Blanc deeply loved by the public. This wine won two gold medals, and was classified as "the best of the best" by critic James Halliday with a high score of 94.

28 selection of Enclosure Chardonnay: golden color, rich aroma, mixed with fruits and a little lime flavor. Lactic acid fermentation was completed in mixed oak barrels (new oak from France and the United States), with a dense and soft taste, a little creamy taste and a long aftertaste. 28 Red Barn Chardonnay: This wine shows the traditional mixed aroma of citrus and honeydew melon of Chardonnay grapes. In 25, Dr. Junma chose fine oak to increase the balance of wine taste, and at the same time, the delicious and rich fruit aroma induced the taste buds to appreciate the refreshing and fresh taste. Because of its spicy and long aftertaste, this wine is very suitable for seafood, pasta and many Asian dishes. Unlike the traditional Chardonnay, which is thick and oak-flavored, this wine is elegant and simple in taste, which is irresistible.

28 Moscato: a light color, from Asti, is a fresh white wine with Italian style. The strong smell of citrus flowers, followed by the soft taste every day, and finally the surprising aftertaste of moscato. The sweeter taste and fruit aftertaste make it an ideal aperitif, and make every taste bud ready for a sumptuous meal.

28 Gewurztraminer: pale yellow, fresh white wine from Rhine Valley in Alsace, France. Dr. Junma Qiong Yao syrup has wonderful aroma of honeysuckle, lychee and spicy pear, thick and sugar-free taste, and a long and refreshing aftertaste, which makes our 28 Qiong Yao syrup an ideal wine with Asian dishes and adds color to the tastes of many vegetables.

28 Arneis: This is an Italian style dry white wine with a light yellow color. Aromas of apples, pears and almonds. The spicy taste is full of thickness, accompanied by a hint of fennel, and the tannin has a long aftertaste. The style from Piedmont, Italy, coupled with the growth process of the cool climate in Mornington Peninsula, makes this wine have a multi-level special texture, which can add to the fun of any participant and is incomparable to other wines.
