Individual industrial and commercial households shall submit the following documents when applying for registration of change of shop name:
1. Application for change of registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the applicant;
2, the original and all copies of the business license of individual industrial and commercial households;
3. The identity certificate of the applicant;
4. Where an entrusted agent applies for change, the power of attorney of the applicant and the identity certificate or qualification certificate of the agent shall be submitted.

If an individual industrial and commercial household changes its operator, it shall re-apply for registration by the new operator after the cancellation of registration. Individual industrial and commercial households that implement family business shall go through the formalities of change in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph if they change their operators among family members.
Article 22 of the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, if the registered items of individual industrial and commercial households change, the registration authority shall order it to make corrections and impose a fine of 1500 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.
