03 The process of trademark transfer and trademark change
Trademark transfer:

③ Submit the prepared materials and notarization to the Trademark Office, and then pay the transfer fee (usually 1,000 yuan).

⑤The Trademark Office will issue an announcement about 5-8 months after acceptance and issue a "Registered Trademark Transfer Approval Certificate" to both parties.
Trademark change:
①Prepare application materials:
(1) Change application (select the book type according to the specific content of the application);
