How to Identify the Quality of Yonghuayuan Floor Tiles
Recently, we saw that some testing institutions added a packaging label when issuing inspection reports, and we felt that this was an important message. At the same time, we also associated with the incident that many ceramic enterprises were fined by the local technical supervision department for product packaging problems in Nanjing market last year. At present, there are some problems in the packaging of ceramic wall and floor tiles. According to what we have learned, we hereby put forward some opinions for the reference of our peers. The packaging label is not completely in accordance with the current Chinese national standard "Dry-pressed Ceramic Tiles" GB/T41. (1? 5)? Paragraphs 7 and 8 in 1999, signs, product instructions, packaging, transportation, storage and ordering requirements, signs: there should be trademarks on ceramic wall and floor tiles, and the packaging should be marked with enterprise name and address, product name (water absorption rate), trademark, quantity and quality; The grade and production date of the product; Execution standard code; Nominal size and working size; Surface characteristics of products, such as glazed and unglazed. Instructions for use of products: the friction coefficient of floor tiles should be measured according to Appendix A; Wear grade of glazed brick; Instructions for use. The standard clearly lists the requirements for the identification and instruction manual of ceramic wall and floor tiles, but unfortunately, many enterprises fail to identify them according to the requirements of national standards, mainly because the signs are incomplete, such as some fail to identify the nominal size, product thickness, product surface characteristics, product water absorption, etc. In terms of instructions, almost no enterprise introduces the friction coefficient of products, the wear grade of glazed tiles, and the application scope of products, such as being used in floor tiles or wall tiles. In fact, these signs are very important. If there is no sign, it will cause consumers to use them wrongly. For example, the products with glazed floor tiles with wear resistance grade 3 are only suitable for ordinary shoes and socks, and the ground with a little scratch dust. This product cannot be used for special shoes and socks, such as shoes with flat nails.

in addition, ceramic products are fragile materials and fragile products, and there are some special requirements in packaging, transportation, loading and unloading, storage and other links. In packaging and labeling, some warning signs and text descriptions (such as fragility, moisture-proof, placement direction, stacking height, etc.) are needed. At the same time, enterprises can also choose to use certification marks such as inspection-free and famous brands. Another aspect of packaging label error is the problem of wrong label. It is understood that some ceramic enterprises in Nanjing were punished last year, mainly because some enterprises violated Article 38 of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China and were suspected of fraudulently using certification marks. At present, there are some problems in the identification of ceramic products: for example, the product grade identification does not meet the requirements of national standards. According to the current national standard "Dry-pressed Ceramic Tiles", wall and floor tile products are only divided into two grades, namely, superior products and qualified products, while the grade identification of ceramic products in the market is very chaotic, and what first-class products and second-class products are very confusing; The radioactive grade is wrongly marked. Almost all ceramic products are marked as meeting the requirements of Class A in the national standard GB 6566-21. Ask yourself, have all products really reached the Class A level? In fact, B and C building materials products are not unqualified products, but the scope of use is limited. Isn't it the result of mislabeling that many enterprises have been exposed due to radioactive problems in the last year or two? Indiscriminately mark certification marks, such as 3C marks, inspection-free marks, quality certification marks, etc. For example, some enterprises have printed 3C marks on ceramic brick packaging materials, and some enterprises have passed the national inspection-free inspection, so as to scratch the edge and mark all products with inspection-free marks. In addition, the instructions are unreasonable. The author saw that almost all the instructions of Foshan ceramic products suggested using 325 # or 425 # cement. In fact, the standard of cement was revised in 2, and the new standard of 325 # or 425 # was no longer used. In recent years, the state power departments have intensified their efforts to crack down on counterfeit and shoddy goods in the market. Although ceramic products are not the main targets, some ceramic enterprises have capsized in the market from time to time. I hope that the vast number of ceramic construction enterprises will be careful and act according to the rules. Conclusion Packaging is an important part of products, and it is very important to use packaging and packaging labels correctly, especially in the increasingly fierce competition. Good packaging is an important wedding dress for products and an important content to win customers. We should not only do a good job in product quality, but also do a good job in product packaging quality. We should reasonably choose the packaging of building ceramics products on the principle of aesthetic application and no waste, and at the same time meet the requirements of national standards, and try our best to transmit the relevant honor information of enterprises to customers. In addition, with the increase of export volume and the increasingly close international communication, we should actively study the internationally accepted packaging standards while choosing product packaging, and constantly meet the needs of the international market. For example, many ceramic products need to be sold in supermarkets, and all products sold in B&Q need commodity bar code. Unfortunately, few domestic enterprises use product barcodes on packaging, and the use of ceramic product barcodes is also an important topic before us.
