Some local wines do not have the R mark.
After obtaining the acceptance letter for trademark registration, you can use it with the TM mark, and you can use it with the R mark only after you get the trademark certificate. As long as it is a trademark, it must be marked with TM or R for normal use.
You should know the label of the liquor.
(1) Ingredient list (ingredients or raw materials): Various ingredients in the ingredient list should be labeled in descending order of the amount added when producing and processing food.
(2) Product standard code/implementation standard: national standard, industry standard, local standard or the number of a registered enterprise standard. For example, GB/T20824-2007 is the sesame flavor standard.
(3) QS mark and its number: Liquor products are foods subject to production license management, so they must be marked.
(4) Quality level: Only mark it if there are clear requirements in the implemented product standards. There are quality levels in the national standards for light-flavor liquor, strong-flavor liquor, and rice-flavor liquor. Regulations stipulate that labeling must be based on the quality level that the product meets during design or production.
(5) Place of origin: The true place of origin when the liquor product is produced should be marked. The place of origin should be divided according to administrative regions, and should be marked at least to the prefecture level.
(6) Storage conditions: The earliest requirement to label storage conditions was my country’s Food Safety Law. Although the relationship between the quality of liquor and storage conditions is not great, and the standard stipulates that beverage wines with a sprinkling accuracy of more than 10 vol can be exempted from labeling the shelf life, the conditions must still be labeled.
(7) Production date: It should be expressed in year, month and day. The production date should be marked with a separate prefix. For example, if the production date of a naked bottled product is marked on the bottle cap, the production date should be marked as "Production date: see bottle cap"; for products with packaging boxes, the production date should be marked on the bottle cap. If it is on the top of the box, then the production date should be marked as "Production date: see top of the box". The production date marking shall not be additionally affixed, reprinted or tampered with. When there are multiple packages in one package and they are not produced at the same time, all dates in the package should be marked according to the earliest production date of that product.
(8) Place of origin: The true place of origin when the liquor product is produced should be marked. The place of origin should be divided according to administrative regions, and should be marked at least to the prefecture level.
(9) Contact information: Consumers must clearly know the specific contact information of the producer, such as telephone, fax, email, etc. At least one item should be marked.
