Can copyright registration be used as a trademark
Yes, you can. Copyright registration can be used as a trademark. When someone applies for a trademark that infringes its copyright, the applicant needs to provide proof of the copyright of the trademark. The most effective and convenient way is the copyright registration Certificate, so copyright registration is needed at the same time of trademark application.
