If the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, the trademark infringer shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.

By imposing severe criminal sanctions on criminals to combat and prevent trademark infringement, the exclusive right to use registered trademarks has been protected. According to Article 59 of the Trademark Law

Article: Trademark infringement uses the same trademark as its registered trademark on the same commodity without the permission of the trademark registrant;

Forging or manufacturing others' registered trademark marks without authorization or selling forged or manufactured registered trademark marks without authorization; Selling knowingly is a fake registration.

The behavior of goods marked with trademarks constitutes the crime of infringement of trademark rights.
