Pepsi-Cola belongs to the United States.
Pepsi-Cola was born in the 1890s and was registered as a trademark on June 16, 1903. Later, it gradually developed into a carbonated drink launched by PepsiCo of the United States and was also the main competitor of the Coca-Cola Company of the United States.
PepsiCo, the predecessor of PepsiCo, was founded in 1898. Pepsi-Cola merged with Frito-Lay, the world's largest manufacturer and seller of snack foods, in 1965 to form PepsiCo. In order to better leverage its product structure advantages and focus its market operations on its core brands, PepsiCo made major strategic adjustments in October 1997, separating the restaurants that own Pizza Hut, KFC and Taco Bell from the company and turning them into independent restaurants. The company's publicly traded company, Yum! Global Inc., allows it to focus on brand building and brand marketing.
