Skating is the most representative ice sport in ancient China. This year, Beihai Park will continue to show visitors the historical grand occasion of the wonderful Eight Banners "Ice Show" in the Royal Garden's previous winter ice activities. It is reported that in order to ensure the safety of the skating rink, the park has also made full preparations in terms of security measures. Visitors can only be received when the ice layer reaches a thickness of 15cm or more, and it is not allowed to open until the ice layer reaches the specified thickness. At the same time, a full-time ice surveyor is set up to fill in ice survey records every day to keep track of changes in the ice layer and water level. Specialized patrols and ambulance personnel have been set up in the area to maintain order on the ice. The park will also strictly control the flow of people.
