How long is the trademark publicity period?

After the Chinese trademark registration application is submitted to the Trademark Office, the Trademark Office will review the trademark registration application materials in accordance with the provisions of the Chinese Trademark Law. If the application is approved, it will enter the preliminary review and announcement stage. The announcement period for trademark registration in China is three months. If no one raises any objection during the announcement period, the trademark can be successfully registered. According to the provisions of China’s Trademark Law, anyone who has different opinions on a preliminary approved trademark can file an objection with the Trademark Office within the objection period of three months from the date of the preliminary announcement, and submit relevant written applications and evidence materials at the same time.
