Will the trademark be canceled if it is not renewed after expiration?

If a trademark is not renewed after expiration, it will be cancelled. According to relevant regulations, the validity period of a registered trademark is 10 years. If you need to continue to use it after the validity period, you should apply for renewal of registration within 12 months before expiration. ; If an application fails to be made during this period, a 6-month extension period may be granted. If an application has not been made before the extension period expires, the registered trademark will be cancelled. Each renewal of registration is valid for 10 years. One year after the date when the trademark is declared invalid, you can apply for registration of the same or similar trademark. However, please pay attention to the timing of the trademark registration application. Applications submitted within one year will not be approved by the Trademark Office.
