Second, innovate the supervision mechanism of government system decision-making operation. All localities and departments should seriously learn from the four-level decision-making supervision and operation mechanism of the Provincial Department of Transportation and innovate to build a management decision-making operation supervision mechanism. Promote the reform of "one door, one network" government service mode, the construction of online service hall and government cloud platform, implement the inventory management of government data resources, build a unified government data open platform in the province, and promote the socialization, marketization and convenience of government data opening. Further clarify the functional orientation and standard requirements of government websites, give full play to the role of the first platform for government affairs disclosure, enhance the cluster effect of websites, strengthen the integration and docking of government websites and online service halls, and form an integrated government service network. Promote the docking of the online unified bidding acceptance platform with the electronic monitoring system, strengthen the management of online service records, establish a government service performance evaluation mechanism, and realize online processing, completion, instant evaluation of service satisfaction and comprehensive efficiency supervision. Integrate internal and external network resources, fully disclose government information, encourage the opening of mobile APP, SMS platform and WeChat official account, and accurately push government information in real time. Give full play to the role of government gazette as a standard text and promote the digitalization of historical gazette.
