Not exactly. China's Trademark Law doesn't specify this either, but according to Item (1) of Article 52, it is an infringement to use the exclusive right to use a trademark on the same or similar goods without the permission of the trademark registrant. Trademark infringement must be trademark use, not symbol use. According to Article 50 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law, it is an infringement of the exclusive right to use a trademark that is the same as or similar to another person's registered trademark as a commodity name or decoration to mislead the public.
