"Tianxia Gas Station" Franchise Agreement 1. Confirmation and Acceptance of Terms of Service

The ownership and operation rights of "Tianxia Gas Station" belong to Guangzhou Xinkuanlian Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kuanlian Digital"). The services provided by Kuanlian Digital will be strictly implemented in accordance with its charter, service terms and operating rules. Users must fully agree to all terms of service and complete the registration process before they can become a formal member of "Tianxia Gas Station". 2． Service Introduction

Kuanlian Digital uses its own game online sales system to provide users with online game procurement and sales services through the Internet. At the same time, users must:

7. Limited liability

Kuanlian Digital is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages, which may result from:

(b) Deleting, modifying or adding functions of computer information networks without permission;

(c) Deleting, modifying or adding data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in computer information networks without permission; Modifications or additions;

(d) Deliberately creating and spreading computer viruses and other destructive programs;

(e) Other behaviors that endanger the security of computer information networks. (3) Do not interfere with Kuanlian Digital’s online game services in any way. (4) Comply with all other regulations and procedures of Kuanlian Digital.

Users must bear legal responsibility for their actions while using Kuanlian Digital Game Services. 11． Ending service

Users or Kuanlian Digital may interrupt one or more network services at any time based on actual circumstances. Rights and Obligations

1) Franchise dealers have the right to purchase and sell game cards at preferential prices on the Kuanlian Digital Game Platform.

3) Franchise dealers have priority in participating in various online and offline activities organized by Kuanlian Digital Company.

5) Franchise dealers have the obligation to maintain the image and reputation of Kuanlian Digital.

6) Franchise dealers have the obligation to provide consultation and services to users of the Kuanlian Digital Game Platform.

7) Franchise dealers have the responsibility to provide Kuanlian Digital with information on Internet cafe activities and sales on other related websites. 15. Regarding account cancellation regulations

In order to ensure the legitimacy of the account, if any user illegally uses the user account or conducts illegal operations from the date of successful registration and the account comes into effect, Kuanlian Digital Company has the right to ban it. The terms of service of Kuanlian Digital Game must be consistent with the legal interpretation of the People's Republic of China. Users and Kuanlian Digital agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the High Court. If the terms of service of Kuanlian Digital conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China, these terms will be reinterpreted completely in accordance with the legal provisions, while other terms will still maintain legal effect and impact on users.
