Fang Tingben's father was a good wine all his life and was a close relative of Master Zheng. At the age of 8, he was sent to the Zheng family to learn from the teacher and became the seventh generation disciple of Zheng's traditional brewing technology, and was clearly a closed disciple (locally called "Yao disciple"). Fang Tingben became the last person who directly passed on Zheng's brewing technology.

Since the establishment of Shaofang, Mr. Fang Tingben has been determined to stick to the historical heritage of Shaofang, adhere to the traditional brewing technology and culture of the Zheng family of Shaofang, and devote himself to studying and sorting out the core technology of Zheng's brewing technology. In the past 3 0 years, Fang Tingben has made remarkable achievements in inheriting and developing the brewing technology of Guangda Zheng, and has formed independent intellectual property rights representing the orthodox traditional handmade brewing technology of Maotai. After natural storage, underground storage, cellar storage and water storage, this wine becomes mature, mellow, with obvious sauce flavor, elegant and harmonious, and then carefully blended by master Goujiu, sealing the jar and hiding the cave. Finally, according to the storage period, the wine in the cave is taken out and packaged for the world to enjoy.
