If you apply to delete all the goods/services in a category, fill in the word "all" at the goods/services. (1) An application form shall be filled with a trademark application number. (11) If the applicant is a legal person or other organization, it shall affix its seal at the "Applicant's Seal (Signature)"; If the applicant is a natural person, it shall sign here. The stamp or signature shall be complete and clear. (12) Where a trademark that has not been registered needs to go through the formalities of deleting goods/services, it shall be handled in accordance with the above provisions. (2) If the application is submitted directly, the applicant shall submit the application at the application acceptance window in the trademark registration hall; Where a trademark agency handles the application, the trademark agency shall serve the application to the Trademark Office. (3) The application for deleting goods/services by paying the change fee is charged by category, and the fee for accepting the deletion of goods/services by one category is 25 yuan RMB. Directly handled, the applicant pays directly at the payment window of the trademark registration hall; Where a trademark agency is entrusted to handle the matter, the Trademark Office shall deduct the fees from the account of the trademark agency. V. Precautions 1. After the application for deleting goods/services is submitted, the Trademark Office will accept those that meet the acceptance conditions; Do not meet the acceptance conditions, will not be accepted. 2. If the application for deleting goods/services needs to be corrected, the Trademark Office will issue a notice of correction to inform the applicant to make corrections within a time limit. If the applicant fails to make corrections as required within the prescribed time limit, the Trademark Office has the right to reject the application for deleting goods/services. 3. After the application for deletion of goods/services is approved, the Trademark Office will issue to the applicant a Notice of Approval of the Application for deletion of goods/services or a Certificate of the Approved Use of Goods/Services. 4. If the application for deleting goods/services is not approved, the Trademark Office will issue a Notice of Rejection of the Application for Deleting Goods/Services. 5. * * * After the application for approval of the deleted goods/services with trademarks is approved, the Notice of Application for Approval of the Deleted Goods/Services or the Certificate of Approved Use of the Deleted Goods/Services will only be issued to the representative. If other people need it, they should apply for a replacement certificate. 6. If the applicant directly handles it, the Trademark Office will send the corresponding documents to the applicant by mail according to the address filled in the application; If it is handled through a trademark agency, it shall be served on the agency. 7.
