4. "Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name Change" 》;

5. Shareholder resolution agreeing to the name change (should comply with the shareholder voting ratio stipulated in the articles of association, signed by the natural person shareholder, and stamped with the official seal of the legal person shareholder);

6. After modification Articles of Association or amendments to the Articles of Association (signed by the company’s legal representative and stamped with the company’s official seal).
