Legal Analysis
According to relevant legal provisions, no one may use the Olympic logo for commercial purposes without the permission of the rights holder. Making or selling the Olympic logo without authorization, or selling products containing the Olympic logo, or any other use of the Olympic logo for profit is prohibited. As the mascot of the Beijing Winter Olympics, Bingdundun is an Olympic symbol. Therefore, no one can produce or sell Bingdundun without permission. Of course, it must be pointed out that if it is not for commercial purposes and you just make an ice cube for fun by yourself (for example, by drawing, pinching, or even making food, etc.), the law will not interfere. Therefore, if you produce and sell the Olympic logo without permission, or use the Olympic logo on goods, you may be suspected of copyright infringement, counterfeiting registered trademarks, counterfeiting patents and other intellectual property rights infringement crimes.
