4. After entering, an "Online Application Commitment" dialog box will pop up first. Click Agree after 5 seconds.

5. Click on Trademark Registration Application--Registration Application. For the applicant type, choose legal person or natural person for enterprise, and choose natural person for individual. The written type is generally Mainland China. Next step.

6. Please note that you only need to fill in the ones marked with a red "*". If the applicant is a company, fill in the company name, and if the applicant is an individual, fill in the personal name. The company must upload a scan of the business license to prove the subject qualification document. Please upload the scanned copy of your ID card. The address of the corporate applicant must be consistent with the address of the business license. Just fill in the rest as required and go to the next step.

7. Click to add goods/services.

8. Click the Select Pattern button to upload the designed trademark pattern. Note that if you apply for trademark registration with a color combination or colored pattern, then click on the black and white draft to upload the black and white pattern of the trademark pattern. If there is no color combination, no need Upload the black and white draft and click Confirm. After confirming that all the information filled in is correct and the online payment is completed, the online trademark registration application is completed.
