Amazon business invoice upload failed

The reasons for unsuccessful uploading of Amazon business invoices are as follows:

1. Incompatible invoice type.

Only four types of invoices, special VAT invoices, ordinary VAT invoices, universal machine-printed invoices and electronic VAT invoices, can be reviewed on Amazon invoices. Other types of invoices are not supported. If the seller does not have these four types of invoices, you can also purchase official invoices from manufacturers or distributors in the country or region.

2. The invoice was purchased from an offline store.

It is not uncommon that the invoice provided by the seller cannot be from other stores (such as offline physical stores), and sellers should note that the invoice provided must be consistent with the store entity registered by Amazon.

3. Fake invoices.

On the Amazon platform, invoices submitted by sellers are not allowed to have any traces of tampering or forgery. Once such a situation is discovered, the seller's account will be immediately stopped. In addition, PS is not allowed. If PS exists, you need to provide a reasonable supporting document to explain the information and content in the document.

4. The company name is inconsistent.

According to Amazon's regulations, the company name and address information on the invoice must be consistent with the seller's account in the backend. If the relevant background information changes, you need to ensure that the information on the invoice is also synchronized with the background seller information.

5. The invoice information is unclear.

On the invoice you provide, Amazon will contact the supplier on the invoice you provide to confirm the relevant details in the invoice and the authenticity of the invoice. If the supplier information in the invoice is unclear, it may fail the audit.

6. Overdue invoices.

The Amazon platform requires that the invoice submission date must be within 180 days of delivery or purchase. After this period, the invoice will not be reviewed.

Finally, Amazon sellers can go to the "Add Products" page on the Amazon Seller Platform, click "View Application Status" through "Want to Manage Your Sales Application" to learn about your review status.
