Apple picking is the final stage of cultivation, which may result in a bumper harvest rather than a bumper one. Such as bruises, fruit thorns, excessive fruit drop, excessive damage to leaves, fruit branches, and large branches, etc. Therefore, harvesting must follow scientific methods.

The fruit ladder should be sturdy and high enough to reach the fruit at the top of the tree. Participants cut their fingernails short. (2) Pay attention to picking methods: Apple peels are very thin, so pay little attention to thorns and thorns. Since the fruit has matured, the fruit stem and fruit branches are easily separated, and can easily fall, break, or become damaged. Therefore, the fruit must be light and bland. When picking, hold the fruit gently with your hands, press the stem with your index finger, and then lift it up so that the stem and fruit branches are separated from each other, and gently remove the fruit. The tips for picking fruits are as follows: "Hold the fruit like an egg, lift the handle with your index finger, pick the fruit with your right hand, catch it with your left hand, and put it gently into the basket." 2. Precautions
(1) Suitable for harvesting. Fruits on the same tree should be harvested from the outside in and from the bottom up; if the maturity is not consistent, harvesting in batches can improve the quality of the fruits. ?
(2) Harvesting should be done after the dew dries in the morning and the temperature cools down in the afternoon. It is not suitable to carry out in foggy days, rainy days or under the sun.
(3) Fruit pickers should cut off their nails and wear gloves to handle the fruits gently.
(4) Choose appropriate harvesting tools: fruit shears, harvesting knives, etc.
(5) Harvest with harvest bags or baskets.
(6) The turnover box used must be of moderate size and not too large, otherwise the bottom of the product may be easily crushed. Wooden boxes, waterproof cartons and plastic turnover boxes are less harmful to products.
(7) Harvest time has a great impact on post-harvest processing, preservation, storage and transportation. It is generally best to harvest during the day when the temperature is lower, because the respiration of the product is small and the physiological metabolism is slow, which can minimize the field heat brought by the product.
