1. Party B shall use the commodity trademark marked with its own enterprise name and place of origin on the goods.

2. Party A shall not arbitrarily change the graphics of Party B's registered trademark, and shall not exceed the scope of goods used by the registered trademark owner.

3. Without the authorization of Party A, Party B shall not license the registered trademark of Party A to a third party in any form and for any reason.
