The total amount suspected of producing and selling fake and inferior products is 6.5438+0.249 million yuan.
In this case, the defendant manufactured and sold counterfeit products based on two companies. Many defendants have a clear division of labor, and the circumstances are serious, which has caused serious infringement on the trademark rights of the obligee. This is a typical serial crime case. Then, in daily life, how should we distinguish between true and false brand clothing?
The first point is to look at the fabric.
