The validity period of the green food mark

Products that have passed the green food certification can use the green food logo in a unified format, and the validity period is 3 years, counting from the date of obtaining the certificate through certification. After the expiration of the validity period, the production enterprise must re-apply for certification before continuing to use the mark and changing the number on the mark. It will take half a year from re-application to certification, during which the production enterprises will be allowed to continue to use the green food logo. If the re-application fails to pass the certification, the enterprise must immediately stop using the mark. In addition, during the three-year validity period, China Green Food Development Center will inspect the products every year according to the environmental, production and quality standards of green food. If it does not meet the requirements, the center will cancel the use mark of the product.

In recent years, China Green Food Development Center has investigated dozens of cases of illegal use or counterfeiting of "green food" signs every year, and a few enterprises have been disqualified from using the signs because they failed to pass the annual inspection.

Green food must meet the following conditions:
