Under market demand, Category C-II warehouses have attracted much attention from users. Category C-II warehouses/factories are storage and production buildings with better fire protection levels. The fire protection requirements for Category C-II warehouses should be in accordance with the "Building Design Fire Protection Code" was carried out.
Number of floors and area of ??Class I and Class C II buildings
1. The fire resistance rating of multi-storey Class C warehouses storing flammable liquids should not be lower than Class II
2. The maximum allowable number of floors for Class I and II Category C, Item 1 warehouses should not exceed 5 floors, and the maximum allowable number of floors for Class III, Category C, Item 1 warehouses should be a single floor.
3. Category C item 1: refers to animal oil, vegetable oil, asphalt, wax, lubricating oil, engine oil, heavy oil, diesel with a flash point greater than or equal to 60°C, furfural, and brandy finished product warehouse.
4. There is no limit to the maximum number of floors allowed for Category 1 and Category 2 Category C 2 warehouses, and the maximum allowable number of floors for Category 2 Category 3 and Category C warehouses should not exceed 3 floors.
II. Category C 2: refers to chemical, man-made fibers and their fabrics, paper, cotton, wool, silk, hemp and their fabrics, grains, flour, industrial molding with a particle size greater than or equal to 2mm Sulfur, natural rubber and their products, bamboo, wood and their products, Chinese medicinal materials, electronic products such as televisions and cassette players, disk storage rooms for recorded data in computer rooms, and fish and meat rooms in cold storage.
Note: 1. When the adjacent exterior walls of two warehouses are fire walls, the fire separation distance can be reduced, but for Class C warehouses, it should not be less than 6m. The taller exterior wall of two adjacent warehouses is a firewall, or the exterior wall of either adjacent side of two adjacent buildings with the same height of first or second class fire resistance is a firewall and the fire resistance limit of the roof is not less than 1.00h, and When the total floor area is not greater than the maximum allowable floor area of ??a warehouse specified in Article 3.3.2 of this specification, the fire separation distance is not limited.
3. Fire lane construction
Category B and C warehouses with an area greater than 1500_ should be equipped with circular fire lanes. If there are any difficulties, they should be set up along both sides of the building. Set up fire lanes on the long side.
IV. Category C and II should adopt automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems
8.3.2 Except as otherwise provided in this specification and warehouses that are not suitable for water protection or fire extinguishing, the following warehouses should be equipped with automatic sprinkler systems Fire extinguishing system, and automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system should be used:
1 Each warehouse of cotton, wool, silk, linen, chemical fiber, fur and their products covering an area of ??more than 1000_;
Note: For cotton warehouses with a single floor area of ??no more than 2000_, automatic sprinkler systems are not required.
5. Power supply
The fire protection power supply for Category B and C factories and Category C warehouses with a building height greater than 50m shall be supplied according to the first-level load.
6. Distribution boxes and switches should be installed outside the warehouse
For Category B and C factories and Category C warehouses with a building height greater than 50m, the outdoor fire-fighting water consumption is greater than 30L/s The distribution box and switches of the factory (warehouse) should be set outside the warehouse.
