In January 1993, Fujian Longyan Hailong Trading Co., Ltd. was established.

In August 2000, the name was changed to Longyan Haixin Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., and the address was moved to the 16th floor of Longyan Bank of China Building.

In June 2001, Haidexin’s first power supply vehicle was successfully delivered.

In 2004, it transformed from a trading company to a manufacturing enterprise, rented a factory building, and concentrated on developing emergency power supply vehicles.

In 2005, we joined hands with a marketing company, one of the top ten brands in China, to comprehensively enhance the Haidexin brand.

In 2006, we began to apply for the first utility model patent - mobile emergency power supply vehicle.

On February 27, 2009, the foundation stone of Haidexin Company's factory located in the High-tech Development Zone of Longzhou Industrial Park was officially laid. The completion and commissioning ceremony was held on November 17, and the company officially moved in on December 11. Haidexin people finally have their own "home".

In July 2009, the company passed the national high-tech enterprise certification.

In October 2009, the company passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification.

October 20, 2009, hosted by the China Automotive Technology Research Center and the Special Purpose Vehicle Subcommittee of the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee, Longyan Municipal People's Government, Xinluo District People's Government, Longyan Haidexin Automobile Co., Ltd. The 2009 National Automobile Standardization Technical Committee Special Purpose Vehicle Subcommittee Annual Meeting and Power Vehicle Standard Review Meeting hosted by the company was successfully held in Longzhou Industrial Park, Longyan, Fujian and achieved great success.

In January 2011, "Haidexin" was recognized as a well-known trademark in Longyan City by the Longyan Municipal People's Government.

In December 2011, "Haidexin" was recognized as a provincial famous trademark by the Fujian Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce.

In March 2012, the first batch of domestic magnetic levitation flywheel energy storage UPS mobile emergency power supply vehicles (split type) rolled off the production line at Haidexin Company. In May, the integrated magnetic levitation flywheel energy storage UPS power supply vehicle that highly integrates the magnetic levitation UPS flywheel and the uninterruptible power supply was successfully upgraded in Haidexin.

In December 2012, the "Power Vehicle" industry standard compiled by Haidexin Company was officially approved, with the standard number QC/T911-2012.

In January 2013, Haide Xinguoan’s new product was successfully rolled off the production line.

In August 2013, the provincial-level mobile alarm vehicle launch ceremony and alarm vehicle technical training meeting were held at Haidexin Company.
