For clothing tags, I use Adobe Illustrator to design them first, then select the materials (cardboard, plastic, etc.) and then layout the designed patterns. I use Adobe Indesign: a comprehensive layout design software ~ I am using professional Printing equipment for printing and post-cutting.
It is designed with Adobe Illustrator, which is a software specially used to design graphics, logos and trademarks. Coreidraw is also used to design trademarks. The former and PS are from the same company (Adobe), so It is very compatible and interchangeable with PS (insert the drawn logo into the PS drawing board interface)! The latter is also possible, they are all vector graphics (the graphics will not be distorted when zoomed in or out).
