What you are actually reporting are two items: one is product infringement, that is, the other party sells fakes; the other is picture infringement, that is, the other party steals the picture.

The first item is your trademark registration copyright certificate. If the other party sells the same brand as yours, then this is valid. If it is a different brand but has the same appearance, you should also submit an appearance patent certificate.

The second item is the original photo of your product to report the other party for theft of the image, but your original photo itself cannot be processed by PS and must be the original image. Otherwise, this report cannot be established.
