Green food implements the whole process quality control from the land to the dining table, instead of simply measuring the content of harmful components and health indicators of the final product, thus establishing a brand-new quality concept in the fields of agriculture and food production.

Conditions and requirements for applying for green food labeling products:

1. complies with laws and regulations such as the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Agricultural Products Quality Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and is within the category of green food products approved by the Trademark Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration.

2. The products in the current catalogue of applicable standards for green food products, such as the products themselves or their components are new food raw materials, substances that are traditionally both food and Chinese herbal medicines, and products in the project catalogue that can be used for health food, must also comply with the relevant provisions of the state.

3. Pre-packaged products shall use registered trademarks (including authorized trademarks).

4. The production environment of products or raw materials should meet the environmental quality standards of green food producing areas.

5, product quality should meet the quality standards of green food products.

6, the use of inputs in production should comply with the guidelines for the use of green food inputs.

7. Packaging, storage and transportation shall conform to the guidelines for packaging, storage and transportation of green food.
