What are the requirements for opening a branch office?
A branch refers to an organization established by a company outside its residence to engage in business activities. The branch does not have the qualification of enterprise legal person. The establishment of a branch shall meet the following conditions: 1. The name shall conform to the relevant provisions of the state: the name of the branch must be preceded by the full name of the company;

2. The business scope must comply with the relevant provisions of the state: the business scope of the branch shall not exceed the business scope of the company;

3. Having a fixed production and business operation place and necessary production and business operation conditions, the branch company shall not operate in the same business place as the company.

Laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions stipulate that the establishment of branches must be approved, or the business scope of branches belongs to projects that must be approved before registration according to laws, administrative regulations or the State Council decisions, relevant approval documents shall also be submitted. If the registration is approved by the branch registration authority, a business license shall be issued. The company shall, within 30 days from the date of registration of the branch, file with the company registration authority with the business license of the branch.

The process of starting a company: 1.
