Article 13 The tender boards for shops shall be made of durable and indelible materials, and the design and installation shall meet the national requirements for structural load, wind resistance, earthquake resistance, fire prevention and electrical safety of buildings. Article 14 The setter is the person responsible for the maintenance and management of the bidding card in the store, and should strengthen the daily inspection and maintenance to keep it clean, intact, safe and beautiful. If it is found that the picture is stained, faded seriously, and the font is incomplete or damaged, it shall be repaired or updated in time; If potential safety hazards are found, measures should be taken immediately to eliminate them.
If the bid card of the shop reaches the designed service life, the setter should update it. During the period of construction, renovation, renewal or demolition, safety measures shall be taken and warning signs shall be set at obvious positions on the site.
Improper setting or maintenance of shop bidding cards, resulting in personal injury or property losses, should be held responsible according to law. Chapter III Supervision and Management Article 15 The administrative department in charge of urban management shall announce the setting standards of bidding boards in shops and establish an electronic information retrieval system to facilitate the inquiry and supervision of setters, interested parties and the public.
Where the setters inquire about the setting requirements from the urban management administrative department, the urban management administrative department shall provide free inquiry service. Sixteenth to set up or update the store bidding card, it should be within three working days after the setting, with the following materials to the district urban management administrative department for registration:
(a) the business license or other documents proving the legality and validity of the subject qualification;
(2) Proof of ownership or right to use the house;
