(2) welding steel pipes; It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance and convenient construction. Large diameter pipes can be rolled with steel plates and threaded pipes, and straight seam pipes are commonly used.
Welded steel pipes carry a lot of oxygen in water when transporting water. Make steel easy to oxidize and form rust to pollute water quality. When buried in the ground, it is easy to be affected by physical and chemical corrosion of soil and stray current, so strict anti-corrosion and insulation treatment are needed.
Welded steel pipe can be used in water supply pipeline system in complex terrain or earthquake-prone areas, or when other pipelines are partially concealed.
(3) Galvanized steel pipe: galvanized welded steel pipe is called galvanized steel pipe. Galvanized pipe has certain corrosion resistance and is suitable for systems with smaller pipe diameters. Threaded connection should be adopted during construction, and galvanized pipes should be used for pipe fittings. Hot dip galvanized pipes should be used in the water supply system to ensure that the galvanized layer will not fall off during processing and use.
(4) Self-stressing reinforced concrete pipe: prefabricated by reinforced concrete and manufactured by centrifugal method. It has durability and good impermeability, and will not corrode and rot. When making pipes, the amount of steel bars is less, which saves the amount of steel compared with steel pipes and cast iron pipes. With high pressure resistance, it is often used in large water conveyance systems, but pipeline foundation and pipe socket need to be made during construction. When the underground pipe network in residential area is dense, it is not applicable due to the limitation of occupied space.
