Since the establishment of the center, the audit of business construction has always been the focus of the center, and the quantity and quality of audit are the lifeline of the center. From 2000/kloc-0 to 2009, the center completed a total of 397,900 pieces and closed 298,536 pieces, accounting for about one third of the total number of invention patents examined. The center is also responsible for issuing the retrieval report of utility model patents. In the past nine years, * * * has issued a total of 1206 1 search report on utility model patents, which has contributed to the improvement of the utility model patent system.

Staff induction and job training

The center provides four-month induction training for each new examiner, including basic theory, practice and computer retrieval. After the induction training, the new examiner needs to be trained for six months under the guidance of the tutor, and then he can take up his post independently after passing the induction defense. In order to improve the professional level of examiners and the overall business ability of the center, the center holds various special business seminars every year in combination with the actual review work of employees, and all business offices conduct business seminars regularly.

Every year, the center sends examiners abroad to study and participate in various study and training organized by the European Patent Office, the US Patent and Trademark Office, the Japanese Patent Office, the Korean Patent Office and the American Law School. In order to improve the examiner's foreign language level and professional ability, the center has set up a foreign language training class and hired excellent foreign teachers to teach German, Japanese, English and other foreign language courses for the examiner.
