The retrieval report shall be made in written form, including whether there are the same registered trademarks and previous applications in Hong Kong, listing the retrieved similar trademarks, and providing information on whether the similar trademarks constitute confusion and similarity.

If a customer wants to apply for a trademark with both words and patterns, Ruifeng Deyong's search will include those words and patterns without extra charge. If our company puts forward a positive application proposal in writing, and the examiner raises an objection after the application because of the confusion of similar trademarks, our company will refund all the application fees.
