Legal subjectivity:

1. Litigation fees and appraisal fees may be incurred. 2. Lawyer fees. Lawyer fees are paid by the party who hires a lawyer. However, in civil and commercial cases, when one party becomes the defendant and hires a lawyer to defend it and wins the case, the plaintiff can require the plaintiff to pay this fee. Article 13 of the "Measures for the Payment of Litigation Fees" case acceptance fees shall be paid according to the following standards: (1) In property cases, according to the amount or value of the litigation request, the cumulative payment shall be made in stages according to the following proportions: 1. If it does not exceed 10,000 yuan, Pay 50 yuan for each case; 2. For the amount exceeding 10,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan, pay 2.5%; if it is calculated as 200 million yuan, you should pay 300 yuan in advance for the case acceptance fee of the first instance. If one party is dissatisfied with the first-instance judgment and initiates the second-instance procedure, the first-instance acceptance fee shall be paid in advance. (2) Non-property cases 1. For divorce cases, 10-50 yuan will be paid for each case. If property division is involved, the total property does not exceed 10,000 yuan, and there is no additional charge; if it exceeds 10,000 yuan, the excess amount will be paid at 1%. 2. For cases of infringement of name rights, title rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, and honor rights, a fee of 50 yuan to 100 yuan will be paid for each case. 3. For cases of infringement of patent rights, copyrights, and trademark rights, a fee of 50 yuan to 100 yuan shall be paid for each case; the amount in dispute shall be paid according to the charging standards for property cases. 4. For labor dispute cases, the fee is 30 yuan to 50 yuan per case. 5. For other non-property cases, the fee is 10 to 50 yuan per case.
