How to operate PET bottle processing and cleaning

The processing and cleaning of PET bottles is mainly divided into five steps:

Sorting - crushing - pre-washing - main washing - rinsing, these five steps are all important , both are indispensable.

★ Sorting: Sorting is to separate out other impurities that are not PET from the raw materials, such as miscellaneous bottles, miscellaneous colored bottles, trademark paper, and bottle caps. Some things (trademark paper, bottle caps, etc.) can be removed in subsequent processes, and some things (PVC/PS/rubber, etc.) cannot be separated in subsequent processes. They must be processed cleanly during the sorting process, otherwise they cannot be separated. Wash out good bottle flakes.

★Crushing: In the process of crushing, it not only breaks the whole bottle into pieces, but also has a strong pre-washing function. If the operation is good, more than 80% of sediment and other impurities can be removed.

★Pre-washing: The pre-washing process is mainly to remove the easy-to-remove stains adhered to the surface of the bottle. If this process is done well, it can reduce the burden of the main washing process, improve the cleaning quality, and reduce the use of cleaning agents. dosage and reduce costs.

★Main washing: Main washing is a key step in the entire process. In this process, it is mainly to remove oil, glue and other difficult-to-remove stains. Whether this step is done well or not directly determines the quality of the bottle flakes.

★Rinsing: This process has two functions, one is to float out the remaining floating material, and the other is to float away the cleaning agent adhered to the bottle pieces.

If any of the above five processes is not done well, high-quality products will not be produced.
