What is a trademark dispute?
Controversial trademark refers to the trademark involved in the dispute, which often appears in the announcement of trademark infringement cases in the court. There are also differences in the appellation of disputed trademarks in trademark review decisions and rulings. Trademarks that reject reexamination requests are collectively referred to as applied trademarks, trademarks that refuse to register for reexamination are collectively referred to as objected trademarks, trademarks that request invalidation are collectively referred to as disputed trademarks, and trademarks that declare invalidation and cancel reexamination requests are collectively referred to as reexamination trademarks.
