The company was later acquired by the polyurethane giant Huntsman, which was also the company that commercialized polyurea. The more famous chemist working in these companies is Dudley Preamux II, a native of Texas, USA, with a master's degree. He is respected by the world's academic circles as the "Father of Polyurea in the World".
