Preparation materials for trademark transfer
The application for trademark transfer must use a unified format formulated and published by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The application can be collected in the registration hall of the Trademark Office. You can also download it online. Where a trademark agency is entrusted to act as an agent, it shall be provided by the agency.
To apply for trademark transfer, the following documents shall be submitted to the Trademark Office:
1. Application for trademark transfer, sealed by the applicant and the assignee;
2. A trademark transfer power of attorney sealed by the assignee;
3. A copy of the business license of the transferee;
4. Pay trademark transfer application and other fees as required;
5. If you entrust a professional organization to apply, you need to pay part of the fee (the fee is fixed by the entrusting organization).
