Intellectual property mainly includes patent right, trademark right and copyright. As follows:

Trademark owners are obliged to ensure the quality of goods using trademarks and pay the prescribed fees;

3, copyright, including all kinds of works protected by copyright, works that can enjoy copyright protection, involving literature, art and science.

What is the crime of infringing others' intellectual property rights?

1. In violation of the state regulations on trademark management, using the same trademark as its registered trademark on the same trademark without the permission of the registered trademark owner, if the circumstances are serious, constitutes the crime of counterfeiting a registered trademark;

2. Selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks of others, and the sales amount is relatively large, committing the crime of selling goods with counterfeit registered trademarks;

3. Whoever, for the purpose of making profits, violates the provisions of the Copyright Law and infringes upon the exclusive rights of others' copyrights without the permission of the copyright owner, and the amount of illegal income is large or there are other serious circumstances, commits the crime of copyright infringement;

4, for the purpose of making profits, selling knowingly infringing copies, the amount of illegal income is huge, committing the crime of selling infringing copies.

To sum up, intellectual property rights are "the general name of rights legally produced based on creative achievements and industrial and commercial marks". The three main intellectual property rights are copyright, patent right and trademark right, among which patent right and trademark right are also collectively referred to as industrial property rights.
