Hello
No matter what, you need to cut out the picture.
Textures generally seem not to be directly made three-dimensional.
You can use the pen tool to cut out the image of the trademark in Photoshop or AI, then export it to ai format and then use max to import and extrude it to achieve a three-dimensional effect.
If it is an icon like the one below, and the background is relatively clear, it will be easier to cut out
Here I use the image tracing function of AI
If you are using PS and the image has a transparent channel, you can load the selection of the texture, then right-click - Create working path
Then save the file in AI format (regardless of whether you are using AI Or the PS ai format version must be set to the Illustrator 8 version)
Then open your max, and then execute the file File - Import? (The English after the command refers to the English in the English version )
Select the previously saved ai format file to import
Now the pattern is imported
Add an Extrude to your pattern in the modification list on the right Modifier can achieve a simple three-dimensional effect with thickness
You can try it first, I hope it will be useful to you
