The matters that can be applied for change mainly include the following points:

If the applicant needs to change his/her name/address, change collective mark/certification mark management rules/list of collective members, please fill in the "Change of Name/Address of Trademark Applicant/Registrant/Change of Collective Mark/Certification Mark Management" Rules/Application for Class Membership List".

If it is necessary to change the trademark agent recorded in the files of the State Intellectual Property Office or Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, foreigners/foreign enterprises need to change their domestic document recipients, they should fill in the "Change of Trademark Agent/Document Receipt" Application Form".
